RED VELVET CAKE


RED VELVET CAKE

Ingredients:
15 dates (easiest with fresh or medjool)
1.5 dl oatmeal
1.5 dl Pea and Oat Protein, vanilla
1 medium-sized grated beetroot
Zest from 1 lemon
1 dl almond milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking soda

Cinnamon after taste

Topping:
Grated coconut

 
Do this:
Mix all ingredients in a mixer or food processor. Pour the batter into a small mold about 15x20cm. Bake in the oven at 175 degrees for about 25 minutes (should be a bit sticky).

Top with coconut – serve!
