RASPBERRY & COCONUT PIE


RASPBERRY AND COCONUT PIE

A super tasty and protein rich culinary pie with raspberries and coconut. Perfect for evening meals, snacks or dessert!

Ingredients:
2 dl oatmeal
1 dl shredded coconut
1 dl Better You Pea & Oat Protein or Whey Protein, vanilla flavor
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cardamom
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons honey
1 egg
1st banana
75 g coconut oil
150 g of raspberry

Topping- Coconut flakes 

 
Do this:
Heat the oven to 200 degrees C.  
Mix the dry ingredients first, then add the rest of the ingredients and mix into a crumbling dough. 
Place half of the dough into the bottom of the pie tin then put then put the raspberry on top and then cover over the raspberry with the rest of the dough. 
Bake for 25 minutes. 
Sprinkle coconut flakes over the cake 5 minutes before removing it from the oven.
