INGREDIENTS:
1 Scoop of Better You BCAA or Kruth Series BCAA (If you exercise hard and sweat a lot, Kruth’s BCAA is the option for you as it also contains electrolytes).
1 banana
1 dl fiber harness
1 raw egg
1 avocado
1 handful of frozen mango
Peanut butter for taste
Add water according to the desired consistency of your choice.
